Benefiting from the extensive experience gained by Embraer S.A along its 42 years of existence, Embraer Defense and Security offers a wide capacity for technology management and systems integration, and is certified to diversify and invest in other areas of the defense sector with focus on Brazilian priorities. Embraer Defense and Security has implemented a strategy through partnerships in critical areas of knowledge, such as command and control, radars and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Learn more about our partnerships.

Atech S.A. develops command, control and intelligence solutions and provides specialized advisory services and technical and logistical support throughout the life cycle of systems projects: definition, specification, development, procurement, integration, implementation management, logistics, installation, tests, maintenance and training.

Maintaining its positioning as a strategic defense organization, it operates as a integrating company in strategic systems projects for Brazil, such as the Amazon Surveillance and Protection System (SIVAM and SIPAM), the Brazilian systems of Aerial Space Management and Control.

Harpia is a partnership between Embraer Defense and Security and AEL Sistemas. Its activities involve marketing, development, system integration, manufacturing, commerce and after-sales support for remotely operated aircraft (RPAs) for the defense and security markets, as well as activities of modernization and integration of avionic systems and flight simulators.

OGMA’s main mission is to meet the civil and defense aeronautical market needs, by offering MRO solutions, including upgrades for aircraft, engines and components, as well as full solutions for complex aeronautical structures (metallic and composite) – while operating with economic, social and environmental responsibility.

Specializing in remote sensing and aerial and terrestrial surveillance radars, OrbiSat develops high-quality, high-technology solutions to meet the needs of its customers.

The company is credited with developing the most advanced radars for:
• Cartography remote sensing: OrbiSAR–RFP;
• Search and Low Height Anti-Aircraft Surveillance: Saber-M60.

Savis Tecnologia e Sistemas S.A. is a Brazilian company dedicated to developing, designing, certification, industrializing, integrating and implementing systems and services for border control and protection of strategic structures.

A partnership between Embraer Defense and Security and Telebrás, Visiona focuses on the integration of the Geosynchronous Satellite of Defense and Strategical Communications system of the Brazilian government. Its mission is to establish itself as key contractor to provide for the satellite systems’ needs in Brazil, developing and retaining critical technologies in the spatial area, offering support to strengthen the national industrial chain.
